Through shock therapy or more gradual methods, most new or reemergent nations liberalised, privatised & deregulated during what came to be known as the transition. These pages contain recordings from Project Forum’s 2014 edition of the Central European Forum, taken over a three day period in November. 2014’s CEF was entitled Us and Them and focussed on emerging divisions between and within European states, looking at the fragmentation of society, the crisis in Ukraine and the attitudes of today’s generation in regard to the actions of their parents in 1989.
