David Klimeš has been a commentator for the daily economics paper, E15, since 2008 before which he worked for Hospodářské noviny. This work brought him a nomination for journalist of the year in the category of commentaries in 2010.
David has also published articles in Lidové noviny and Mladá fronta DNES and lectures on media studies both in the Czech Republic and abroad. In 2013, David had his first book published. Václav Klaus – Deset let na Pražském hradě [Václav Klaus: Ten Years at Prague Castle] features interviews from the former Czech president and analyses his term of office and the relationship between Klaus the man and Klaus the president.
