Daniel Bacher is a project officer and a legal advisor working at Dreikönigsaktion – Hilfswerk der Katholischen Jungschar [the development co-operation agency of the Catholic Children’s Movement in Austria] in Vienna. Daniel works on the Dreikönigsaktion’s Ghana programme where he is in charge of providing legal advice and organising networking projects in Africa.
